KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. — The Knox County District Attorney General said a man who put a camera in the women’s restroom at Concord Park was sentenced to 10 years in prison as part of a plea agreement.
In a press release Friday, DA Charme Allen said Tony Lynn Strand, 34, pled guilty to three counts of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, burglary and observation without consent. Allen said the judge accepted the plea agreement and sentenced Strand to 10 years in prison without the possibility of parole.
During a plea hearing, two assistant district attorneys walked the court through how the case was investigated.
