KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Knoxville police said they arrested a man for assaulting a woman in the parking lot of a bar in Northwest Knoxville early Saturday morning.
The Knoxville Police Department said Tristan Weatherspoon, 23, was arrested on an aggravated assault charge at an apartment on Cassell Valley Way Tuesday night. KPD said Crisis Negotiators and Special Operations Squad personnel assisted with the arrest.
KPD said Weatherspoon was wanted in connection to an assault in the parking lot of Peyton’s Place on Schubert Road that happened in the early morning hours of March 28.
