Facelift planned for Broadway Shopping Center in North Knoxville

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — In the future, a mural might greet customers picking up groceries, clothing and lunch at Broadway Shopping Center in North Knoxville.

Washington D.C.-based real estate development group Sigmund Companies now owns the complex and is looking to revitalize it by redesigning its facade, adding new businesses and hosting community events.
