State and local officials across Tennessee are stepping up enforcement against distracted driving during National Distracted Driving Awareness Month.
The Tennessee Highway Safety Office and Tennessee Highway Patrol, along with the Tennessee Department of Transportation and local agencies, launched “Operation Hands Free” with enforcement bus tours in Nashville, Memphis, Chattanooga, and Knoxville.
