KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A Tennessee man has pleaded guilty to arson and attempting to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization, federal officials said.
Regan Darby Prater, 28, of Tullahoma, entered the plea Monday in U.S. District Court in Knoxville, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
