KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Knoxville Police Department said a convicted felon is in jail again after threatening a man with a gun during a verbal altercation in Fort Sanders.
Officers responded to a reported disturbance near Clinch Avenue and 22nd Street around 1:15 a.m. Thursday, KPD said. A 22-year-old man at the scene told officers someone in a Toyota Corolla “threatened him with a handgun during a verbal altercation.”
