KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Clouds build overnight with a few spotty showers. Temperatures fall to the low 60s with a light wind.
SATURDAY: Scattered rain and even a few thunderstorms will move in early Saturday morning and stick with us throughout the afternoon hours. It will not rain in every location every hour of the day, but if you do have outdoor plans, rain gear will be needed. Rain will become isolated in the evening before clearing out by sunset. Most locations look to pick up between 0.5″-.75″ of rain from this system.
With the rain and clouds, temperatures will be cooler in the afternoon with highs in the low to middle 70s.
SUNDAY: Mostly dry with a few passing clouds. It’ll be warmer with highs in the upper 70s to near 80. There may be a few sprinkles of rain in the higher elevations…
