KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Dogwood Arts Festival returned to World’s Fair Park this weekend, bringing dozens of juried artists, live performances, hands-on workshops and family activities to downtown.
Now in its 65th year, the festival runs through Sunday at World’s Fair Park. Organizers say it has been recognized as one of the Top 10 best art festivals in the country by USA TODAY’s 10Best Readers’ Choice poll.
