CHURCH POINT, La. (NEWS 15) — Two drivers were arrested on charges stemming from an April crash in Church Point that killed an Opelousas woman, according to Louisiana State Police.
Zayd Parra, 20, of Opelousas, is charged with vehicular homicide, two counts of vehicular negligent injuring, and failure to yield at a stop sign.
