The incident happened June 12 at Holy Family Apartments on Louisiana Avenue, according to residents who witnessed the aftermath and spoke with News 15.

Residents at the apartment complex told News 15 that a young child was struck by a vehicle in the property’s parking lot. Emergency crews responded to the scene as concerned neighbors gathered nearby.
