Business owners request halt on $15M project

LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — Owners of local businesses, including Deano’s, Beads for Less and Legends, have asked the local council to pause a proposed project estimated to cost between $13 million and $15 million.

Separately, the LCG Drainage Director confirmed awareness of a damaged pipe issue that requires state approval before repair work can begin.
