LAFAYETTE, La. – Another week and we’ve got more updates to provide regarding new businesses in Lafayette. Thursday, June 18 marks the opening of a new restaurant concept in the Hub City. There’s another grand opening taking place, with a legendary Lafayette bar & grill brand opening its doors to a new location today. Plus, we’ve got news of a second retail location of an old favorite.
All Day Lafayette Opens at Former SoLou Space on Kaliste Saloom
Let’s start with the new restaurant opening today in Lafayette. All Day Lafayette, a trendy new “all-day café” concept, is now open at 1905 Kaliste Saloom Road (in the former SoLou space). The eatery blends an espresso and breakfast spot in the morning while featuring a non-Cajun menu — spanning Italian, Mexican, and American — and elevated craft cocktails as the day progresses.
A soft opening was held yesterday with a grand opening celebration set for Thursday, June 18, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The first 50 guests get free gifts, and there will be drink and food samples.
