SCOTT, LA. (KLFY) — At just 3 years old, little Anna Kober is fighting a battle no child should have to face. She has been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).
After rounds of treatment, Anna is now in remission and is getting ready for a very important bone marrow transplant set for July. She is currently undergoing her second round of chemotherapy and will soon begin conditioning (High-Dose chemo) in preparation for the bone marrow transplant.
Her Dad, Travis Kober, is her bone marrow donor and said during this time of hospital visits and treatments, Anna has been a little fighter. He said she is always wearing her princess dresses and has kept her sassy, fun loving spirit.
