ST. LANDRY PARISH, LA. (KLFY) — An investigation resulted with an arrest and two firearm seizures, one of which was stolen, St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office said.
Arthur Freeman, Jr., 38, of Eunice was arrested on July 16 and charged with two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and illegal possession of a stolen firearm.
During a traffic violation, deputies reported discovering two firearms, one of them stolen out of Acadia Parish. Detectives also learned that the passenger, Freeman, as a convicted felon, currently on parole until 2028, and was prohibited from possessing firearms…
