Parents of Texas A&M student file lawsuit over son’s fatal shooting

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – The parents of a Texas A&M student from Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, who died after being shot at a Bryan apartment complex in May, have filed a wrongful death lawsuit seeking more than $1 million in damages.

Melissa and Paul Dean Crow filed the lawsuit on behalf of their late son, Caden Crow, in Brazos County District Court. The suit names Brenham residents Craig and Tricia Boggan, along with their son, Charlie Boggan, as defendants.
