Five years ago U.S. Frame Factory started out in a building that had sat empty for seven years at the Port of Iberia.
It had issues. There were ants, spiders and toilets that did not always flush. It had poor ventilation and was overall just a dusty place. Then as the company grew, operations got spread out over four buildings.
