LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — The Current, a Lafayette nonprofit news organization, announced four community leaders as Wavemaker honorees for the sixth annual Undercurrent Awards. CBS News correspondent and Lafayette native David Begnaud will host the upcoming event.
The live ceremony is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 4, at the Acadiana Center for the Arts in downtown Lafayette.
