A former Lafayette attorney who previously was suspended has been disbarred and also banned from Walmart after stealing $385 in food and beverages while working at the Franklin store.
The Louisiana Supreme Court ruled unanimously Sept. 16 to disbar Samuel Robert Aucoin, whose last known addresses were in Carencro and Patterson in St. Mary Parish.
