Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations was fined more than $30,000 in penalties for two serious violations in a 2023 workplace accident that killed a Crowley man.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited the company for not keeping a workplace free from recognized hazards and for not ensuring that its workplace was kept in an orderly condition following the death of Clayton Richard, 53, at its Broussard facility.
