ARNAUDVILLE, La. (KLFY) — About a month after a fire damaged Bayou Teche Brewing, the Arnaudville business is moving closer to rebuilding while preparing to keep one of its biggest annual events going at a new location.
Owner Karlos Knott said most of the demolition is now complete, with rebuilding expected to begin next week. He said the business is hoping to fully reopen around January.
“They’ve already started framing out the new layout,” Knott said. “Hopefully right after that they put in the air conditioning and insulation. And then all the difficult stuff is happening, and then my family and I get to start working on the fun stuff.”…
