CROWLEY, La. (KLFY) –A Rayne man is being held on a $200,000 bond after Crowley police arrested him on charges of trafficking children for sexual purposes and felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
Braylon Francis, 38, was arrested at a hotel and remains in the Acadia Parish Jail, according to police.
