YOUNGSVILLE, La. (KLFY) — A formal complaint filed Sept. 26 accuses three Youngsville police officers of mishandling a domestic violence call.
The complaint alleges the officers failed to properly investigate an incident, document potential injuries and provide required assistance to the woman involved.
