Lafayette, Louisiana – This isn’t something you see (or hear) every day. Brooks & Dunn have spent decades traveling the country and performing some of the biggest hits in country music. But when the legendary duo made a stop in Louisiana a few weeks ago, they got a pretty special surprise. This time, instead of singing one of their classic hits, they got to sit back and hear it performed in a way they’d probably never imagined.
Brooks & Dunn were in Lafayette earlier this month for a concert at the Cajundome. While they were in town, Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn were treated to a special surprise backstage, courtesy of a Grammy-winning Cajun band from right here in South Louisiana…
