LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — Quintin Borel, the man who is seeking to open Plush Syndicate, a tech-focused entertainment and event space, at the former site of Bliss nightclub at 201 Jefferson Street in downtown Lafayette.
The proposal faces opposition from the Downtown Development Authority, which has raised concerns regarding public safety, guest capacity and the use of automated technology for alcohol service.
