Bubba’s 33, a chain restaurant owned by Texas Roadhouse, will move into the old Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse location.
Bubba’s 33, named after former Texas Roadhouse CEO Kent Taylor, was issued a building permit by Lafayette Consolidated Government for the location at 3511 Ambassador Caffery Parkway, records show.
