The group behind the two Jersey Mike’s Subs that will open in Lafayette are planning to open a Youngsville location, Mayor Ken Ritter announced. Franchisees Ken Bordelon and John Gremillion will open at 1911 Chemin Metairie Parkway near Sugar Mill Pond in the Mill Commons shopping center possibly by summer.
