A new Indian restaurant, called Njoy Curry Masala, opens in the former Rivals Sports Grill located at the corner of 1012 Jefferson Street & Johnston in Downtown Lafayette. Owners Joy Singh & Navvi Kaur recently opened Njoy Curry Masala, named after their young son Njoy Singh. The name is a combination of the husband & wife’s names to create “Njoy”. We love that!
