Two Lafayette hotels have been sold at a combined price tag of over $25 million. New York-based AVR Realty sold both properties, the Homewood Suites Lafayette at 201 Kaliste Saloom Road and the Home2 Suites at 1909 Kaliste Saloom Road, to separate LLCs that registered to the same address in Lafayette, courthouse records show.
