A residential development that will include nearly 300 units is being planned in southwest Lafayette. The Villas at E Broussard will feature 288 units over just under 20 acres in the 1300 block of E Broussard Road at the intersection of Vincent Road. The group behind the project, led by developers Cliff Guidry and Tim Bradley, is seeking a variance from Lafayette Consolidated Government for the required number of parking spaces.
