NEW ORLEANS – The Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities (LEH), the state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), has named Randy K. Haynie as chair of the its board of directors. The LEH also welcomed M. Cleland Powell III to the board through a chair’s appointment.
