The owners of Bon Temps Grill made a bold move during the pandemic, and it paid off

When brothers Patrick and Steven O’Bryan first opened Bon Temps Grill in 2011, it didn’t take them long to outgrow their space. But there was adversity along the way. The brothers, who spoke with Jan Swift of the Discover Lafayette podcast, recalled how they learned a great deal during that time in the space that is now home to Mercy Kitchen. The business is not immune to the ups and downs others experience.
