LAFAYETTE, La. ( KLFY ) — A Scott man has been indicted on three felony counts for allegedly raping a 12-year-old, according to court documents.
Noel Casco Armando-Garcia, 34, of Scott, was indicted by a grand jury Wednesday in the 15th Judicial District Court on two counts of first degree rape and one count of molestation of a juvenile under 13.
According to the indictment, Armando-Garcia was indicted for “being a person over the age of seventeen years, did willfully, unlawfully and intentionally commit lewd or lascivious act upon a juvenile, age 12, with the intention of arousing or gratifiing the sexual desires of either person, by the use of force, violence, duress, menace, psychological intimidation, threat of great bodily harm, or by the use of influence by virtue of a position of control or supervision over the juvenile.”
