OPELOUSAS, La. (KADN) – The St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to be on the lookout for an escaped inmate. Sheriff Bobby Guidroz said Raymond Howard, 33, of Opelousas, kicked out a window of a transport van on Friday just after noon while stopped at a red light at US 190 and Wallior Street in Opelousas while being driven back to St. Landry Parish from Claiborne Parish for a court appearance.
