SCOTT, La. (KADN) – A third suspect has been arrested for the murder of a Scott man who accused a Scott police officer of choking him, according to sources. Jail records show Daylan Williams, 22, of Lafayette, was booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on a charge of second-degree murder. Sources added he turned himself in to authorities at the jail.
