OPELOUSAS, La. ( KLFY ) — An investigation is underway after one person was killed and another injured in a shooting Sunday in Opelousas, according to police.
According to Opelousas police, the shooting happened on Ina Claire Drive in Opelousas.
Two people were shot. One person died and the other person, who is in serious condition, was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
