LAFAYETTE, LA (January 2, 2025) – Lafayette Consolidated Government’s Parks, Arts, Recreation, and Culture (PARC) Department announces the reopening of the Acadiana Park Campground effective January 2, 2025. The campground, which closed on May 29, 2024, due to staffing shortages, is now ready to welcome visitors once again as a destination for adventure and relaxation amidst the outdoors.
