Sheriff Becket Breaux announced deputies with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office received a call on Saturday, January 4, around 2:30 p.m. regarding a body that was located by a passing driver in a wooded area in the 2200 block of Bushville Hwy. in Cecilia. Upon arrival and further investigation, deputies found a man dead as a result of gunshot wounds. Upon further investigation, he was identified as Ryan Charles, 32, of Arnaudville.
