Residential garbage collection in Lafayette will resume Friday, having been suspended for several days because of the rare snowfall earlier this week.
Acadiana Waste Services, which has the residential garbage collection contract with Lafayette Consolidated Government, made the announcement on its Facebook page Thursday.
