CROWLEY, La. ( KLFY ) — A Rayne man has been arrested and charged with attempted murder in connection with a drive-by shooting Jan. 10, authorities said.
Kelvin Lavan Madison, 37, of Rayne, is charged with one count of attempted second degree murder and 5 counts of assault by drive-by shooting.
