The four will stand trial in the 15th Judicial District Court in Lafayette for killing Corey Mouton and Jamir Carmouche and wounding Lawrence Levy and Carlos Charles on Nov. 9 outside the KOK Wings and Things restaurant in Lafayette.

An indictment is not a conviction, but a determination by a grand jury that enough evidence exists for the suspect to stand trial for the charged crimes.
