ABBEVILLE, La. ( KLFY ) — DaMarcus Broussard, 22, of Lafayette was allegedly arrested for illegal discharge of firearm and possession of a stolen firearm, said Abbeville Police.
The Abbeville Police Department said they responded to several calls reporting shots fired at the Chapel Down Apartments on 1021 W Port St on Thursday March 6. at 7:27 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers said they received information that someone from one of the apartments walked to the rear of the complex and discharged four or five rounds from a firearm. Looking through apartment security cameras, officers said they were able to find a suspect and locate casings behind one of the buildings…
