EAST BATON ROUGE PARISH, La. (WAFB) – Three people were struck by a vehicle in East Baton Rouge Parish, leaving one of the victims dead, officials said.
According to officials, the victims were hit around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, March 30, in the area of Plank Road and Brady Street.
