Just in time for Festival International, there’s a new way to get your food fix in downtown Lafayette. The grand opening of a new food truck park was celebrated on Friday, April 4. Uncle Bob’s Roundup is situated on the corner of Lee Avenue and East Cypress Street. Five food trucks in all can hook up to the space to serve up their menus. The fully-loaded park has a well-lit and covered seating area. The food truck park is equipped with fans to keep you cool on those hot days and has two clean restrooms.
