UPDATE, 4/12/25, 8:45 p.m.: New Iberia Police Department has arrested a man in regard to the domestic related homicide that led to a vehicle pursuit earlier today, authorities said.
Marklin Reaux, 26, has been charged and booked into the Iberia Parish Jail for the following charges: first degree murder, violation of protective services orders, possession of drugs, aggravated flight from officer and theft of vehicle, police said.
