BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – The Baton Rouge Police Department confirms two people are dead after a reported shooting late Thursday night, April 17 not far from the Baton Rouge Airport (BTR).
Airport officials said the shooting happened at a service lot leased by Avis Rental Car near the intersection of Sally Ride Dr. and Veterans Memorial Boulevard.
The shooting did not take place within the airport nor did it involved airport employees…
