MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla. ( KLFY ) — An unidentified Louisiana college student was shot during a robbery while on Spring Break in Florida, authorities said.
According to a post on the Walton County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page , deputies responded to a shooting around 1:15 a.m. Thursday off Holiday Road in Miramar Beach, Florida. The victim, visiting from Louisiana, was robbed and shot by someone matching the description of a car burglary suspect from incidents reported over the weekend, according to the post.
