River Flood Warning in effect for Vermilion River in Lafayette

LAFAYETTE, La. (NEWS 15) — The National Weather Service said a River Flood Warning remains in effect for the Vermilion River in Lafayette.

Forecasters added minor flooding is currently happening along the Vermilion River at the Surrey Street Gage in Lafayette, with water levels recorded at 10.4 feet as of Friday, April 25.
