NEW IBERIA, La. ( KLFY ) — Police are investigating an accidental shooting that left one person injured in New Iberia this evening.
According to authorities, just before 5 p.m., the New Iberia Police Department responded to a report of a shooting in the 900 block of Mississippi Street.
When officials arrived on the scene, they found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported by ambulance to a local hospital. The condition of the victim is currently unknown…
