A large Lafayette apartment complex that billed itself as student housing when it opened 2019 but later ran into financial troubles has been sold and rebranded.
The 191-unit Campion at Lafayette complex at 1501 W. Pinhook Road was sold to a Baton Rouge-based group and rebranded as Pointe at Pinhook last month, land records show. A sale price was not disclosed.
