Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate brokerage, announced the sale of one of Lafayette’s biggest marketplace spaces for $5.8 million.
The sale of Lafayette Marketplace includes a fully occupied, 87,122-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center in Lafayette, according to a news release.
“Grocery-anchored centers, even those with regional grocery credit, remain a highly desirable asset class in retail, as demonstrated by the strong demand for this property,” Eric Abbott, director of investments for Marcus & Millichap’s, said. “This property was under LOI within 48 hours of going to market.”…
